There is no fine print.
You participate, you progress.
Created by Coach Raj Ganpath, a fitness and nutrition coach with over 18 years of experience, Take Control is a structured journey that helps you build the skills, habits and awareness that make weight loss sustainable, and that take the mental weight off the process as much as the physical.
Rather than chasing rapid results, we focus on lifestyle changes you can realistically hold on to.
We don’t take sustainability lightly at SBM. We make sure you begin from where you actually are, so you are not up against unrealistic milestones, and your goals are reset each week around how the last one went, so the plan keeps pace with your life rather than the other way around.

Most programmes create reliance on coaches. Take Control empowers you with tools and knowledge so you can carry on without us.
We don’t believe in burning out in the name of transformation. We don’t believe in guilting you over a bad week or keeping your favourite food out. Which is why Take Control is not designed as a crash diet or a 6-week transformation challenge.
It is a structured programme that’s designed to help you make lasting changes that help you change your lifestyle and keep the weight off.

I've lost about 4 kgs, and many myths have been demystified. My sleep pattern has been corrected. Being a disciplinarian made the program much easier to adapt.

Today I am aware of WHAT I need to eat, HOW MUCH I need to eat, and WHEN I should eat. Looking forward to Level 2. Rock on SBM team. You have changed our lives.

I relocated cities, changed jobs, and didn't find my new routine yet, but didn't gain any weight. Instead, I lost quite a bit—10% of my body weight to be exact

My biggest takeaway is I've learned not to panic when weight fluctuated. I am calm and confident, knowing I am in the driver's seat for the first time.
Better sleep, more energy, improved health markers, feel in control of your lifestyle.
