Cancellation Policy

Slow Burn Method Health Private Limited

At Slow Burn Method Health Private Limited (“SBM”), we value transparency and fairness in how we handle cancellations.

As a personalized, limited-seat, time-bound program, once participation begins, operational costs, coach allocation, and app access are all committed. Therefore, SBM does not issue refunds or cancellations after registration.

However, participants may be eligible for program credit, as outlined below.

1. Eligibility and Initiation of Request
  • All cancellation or refund-related requests must be initiated by sending an email to your assigned coach or to support@slowburnmethod.in.
  • The participant must fill out the official Refund Request Form provided by SBM.
  • The date on which the completed form is submitted will be considered the effective date for calculating any applicable program credit
2. No Refund Policy
  • Once registration is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where SBM refuses or is unable to provide the promised service.
  • This includes situations where the participant chooses to withdraw for personal, scheduling, or medical reasons after joining the program
3. Program Credit (if applicable)
  • In cases where a participant is unable to continue, SBM may issue a program credit instead of a refund.
  • The credit value will be determined based on the date the refund request form is submitted and the services already delivered up to that point.
  • Credits can be redeemed against participation in a future batch of the Slow Burn Method program, subject to seat availability.
  • Program credits are non-transferable and valid for one future batch only.
4. Definition of “Service Delivered”

A participant is considered to have received services once any of the following has occurred:

  • App access has been provided.
  • The personalized action plan has been shared.
  • The participant has been added to the official WhatsApp group.
  • Access has been granted to program materials, webinars, or guides.

Once any of the above occurs, the participant is considered to have received part of the service, and a refund is not applicable.

5. Mode and Processing of Program Credit
  • Program credits are processed within 10 business days from the date SBM confirms eligibility.
  • Confirmation and details of the credited amount and validity period will be sent to the participant via email.

  • SBM reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant.
  • If service is refused by SBM, a pro-rated credit will be provided for the unutilized portion of the program.
  • SBM may update or revise this policy at any time, and any changes will be published on this page.
