Slow Burn Method Health Private Limited

At Slow Burn Method Health Private Limited (“SBM”, “we”, “our”), we aim to keep our refund process fair, clear, and aligned with the nature of a service-based program.

Please read this policy carefully, as it explains when refunds or credits apply and how to request them.

By enrolling, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. How to Apply for a Refund or Credit
  • All refund or credit requests must be made by emailing your assigned coach.
  • Your coach will share the official Refund Request Form.
  • Only requests submitted through this form will be reviewed.
  • Without the form, the request cannot be processed.
2. When Full Refunds Apply (Before Program Start Only)

A participant is eligible for a full refund ONLY IF the request is made before the program starts, meaning:

  • Before Day -1
  • Before the first webinar
  • AND before the participant receives their personalized action plan

If a refund is requested after any of the above have happened, the participant is not eligible for a full refund.

3. Definition of Program Start (“Service Delivered”)

The program is considered to have started – and services are considered “delivered” – when ANY of the following occur:

  • App access is provided
  • The personalized action plan is shared
  • The participant is added to the official WhatsApp group
  • Access is given to workshops, webinars, videos, guides, or program materials

Once any of these are delivered, the participant is not eligible for a refund except in cases where SBM has not delivered the services as promised.

4. Refunds After Program Start (Exception Cases Only)

After the program starts:

  • Refunds are only possible if SBM failed to deliver the services promised.
  • The participant must fill out the Refund Request Form.
  • SBM will review the form and verify if any promised service was not delivered.

If it is confirmed that SBM did not deliver the promised services, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the portion of the service not delivered.

5. When Credits Apply (After Program Start)

If the participant wants to discontinue after service is delivered, and:

  • SBM did deliver all promised services,
  • And the participant wishes to drop out for personal, health, medical, scheduling, or other reasons not caused by SBM,

The participant may be eligible for a pro-rated program credit for a future batch.

When credits will NOT be given:
  • If the reason for dropping out is not considered acceptable or valid,
  • If the reason is unrelated to SBM’s service delivery,
  • If the participant simply loses interest or does not wish to continue,

A credit will not be issued.
Instead, SBM will offer additional support to help the participant continue.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The participant has accessed the app
  • The participant has received the action plan
  • The participant has joined the WhatsApp group
  • The participant has attended or accessed webinars/workshops
  • The participant discontinues for personal, health, or scheduling reasons after service delivery
  • The participant requests cancellation after engaging with any part of the program
7. Processing Timeline and Refund Mode
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
  • Participants may also choose a program credit instead of a refund, if eligible.
8. Discretionary Conditions

SBM may decline a refund or credit if:

  • Services were delivered as promised but the participant did not engage or complete them
  • The participant violated guidelines
  • The participant’s reason for leaving is unrelated to SBM’s service delivery
  • The participant requests cancellation outside the policy conditions

SBM may update this policy at any time.
The version on the website at the time of purchase will apply to the participant.
