How does BETTER actually work?

The 12 week program is strategically structured as 2 phases - a learning phase and a testing phase.

The learning phase

This phase is 9 weeks long and is designed to help you build habits without pressure.
You will get to focus on each habit individually and then layer it on top of other habits.
You will be asked to do one action every day and track your effort every night. The daily actions will be simple and tracking will take less than 20 seconds.
Sounds too easy to be true? Building consistency is not about pushing hard. It is just about doing simple things regularly.

The testing phase

This phase is 3 weeks long and meant to allow you to test your new, BETTER lifestyle.
This phase will feel like a challenge but not the typical anxiety inducing, leaderboard based challenges.
You will learn to moderate your efforts by setting a floor and a ceiling for each habit and thrive in that range without rushing or pushing.
The goal - Challenge yourself, not to be intense, but to be consistent.

No. Better is a group program. You get coach guidance, but it’s not 1-on-1 coaching. Think of it as structured support for a group of people building habits together.
Yes, there’s a simple app to track your habits. Just 20 seconds everyday to answer 2 questions everyday is all the time that you will spend on the App.
We will focus on 5 habits that are the pillars of a healthy lifestyle- sleep, exercise regularly, moving through the day, optimal protein and reducing indulgences. We have chosen these habits as they are universally relevant for all kinds of fitness goals.
As little or as much as your habits require. The check-in itself takes under a minute. We will also have weekly 20 minute webinars that are meant to help you understand each of the 5 behaviours and the strategies used.
