The Slow Burn Method (SBM) was created by Raj Ganpath and Arvind Ashok, fitness experts with over 30 years of combined experience. They’ve helped thousands of Indians lose weight, get stronger, sleep better, and live healthier lives.

Raj focuses on weight loss, lifestyle, and women’s health, while Arvind specializes in strength training and sports performance. Former engineers in California, they moved back to India in 2011 to start The Quad Fitness, a national brand transforming lives through strength and community.

Raj and Arvind are just like you—everyday individuals using fitness to stay healthy and happy while juggling life’s demands. Their mission is to help you simplify fitness and improve your quality of life.
